How we work

Design system first.

  • One vocabulary, every screen

    Colour, type, spacing and motion are decided once, named, and reused everywhere. Screens are assembled from that vocabulary, which is why nothing in an Emberford app feels bolted on.

  • Native on both platforms

    One design language, expressed properly on each platform. Material where Android expects it, Human Interface where iOS does, and the same feeling in your hands either way.

  • Nothing you don't need

    No accounts unless the app truly requires one. No feeds, no streaks, no nudges. Small apps that do one thing well and then get out of your way.
